Deck Builder Rules

I thought there should be a deck builders team and Hitsugaya Toshiro made this for us. I'm the first and here is the rules:

-Each of us may have a deck type specialty which means like fiend deck specialty, warrior type specialty, etc.
-People who put in a post that they want a deck but can't get it right if it is your specialty you post on it that you will do it and when you post it you type up the card list and NO POSTING PICS I will be checking.
-You help other members with deck building, deck revamping(change around), etc.
-The test to join is send Hitsugaya Toshiro 3 pics of different decks that you made without any help he will judge if you should or not.
-Other than that put up decks that you made for others to see and check those decks out.
-LAST RULE: follow this rules and the academy rules.
